* To provide and disseminate information to immigrants to facilitate integration into Minnesota’s socio-economic system, while enhancing cooperation/collaboration with other Americans.

* To provide advocacy, services and support to immigrants/refugees, with emphasis on acculturation, training, employment development, access to health, legal immigration services. e.g., family re-unifications, and adjustment of immigrant/refugee status

* To empower Foreign Trained Professional immigrants to substantially contribute to community development for self sufficiency and promote socio-economic injustice.
