AAFACD’s main focus is on their Foreign Trained Health Professionals (FTHP) program. This program strides to promote economic self-sufficiency and advancement of immigrants who are foreign trained healthcare professionals in Minnesota. AAFACD ensures that they get support to prepare and pass the licenser exams and practice in their healthcare profession in the United States. So far, AAFACD has registered over 200 foreign trained professionals from Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin and Central America.
