Funding from the Headwaters Foundation for Justice enables AAFACD to disseminate information and provide educational activities, increasing/enhancing the power and advocacy skills of FTHP and their immigrant community for system change and social justice. Headwaters’ funding further facilitates the involvement and participation of community leaders, healthcare institutions and providers, and few State legislators.
